Archive 18-20 offers free returns and refunds in metropolitan France.
Delivery
In order to always better satisfy your needs, we offer different delivery methods:
-Standard delivery (in 2 to 5 days), and express delivery (in 1 to 2 days).
-Click and Collect: you can now order your favorite items online and pick them up directly in store by choosing this option when paying.
We have what you need! We accept all the following payment cards: Paypal, visa, Mastercard, Symantec, American express, JCB, Hipay.
Not satisfied?
You have received your Archive 1820 order but you did not like it? We are happy to accept returns and refunds for items in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. Clothing labels must always be attached. All items will be examined individually upon return. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Items MUST be returned intact in their original package.
Beauty products, pierced jewellery or bathing suits (if the hygienic protection has been removed) cannot be returned or refunded for health and hygiene reasons.

The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We suggest that you obtain insurance for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage.
Exchange
If you wish to change your item to a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
The time of return
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but processing your refund may sometimes take up to 20 days after the return of your items. If you have not received a refund within 30 days of returning the items, contact us by sending us the proof of shipment information on your Postal ticket and we will verify it for you.
Reimbursement:
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item based on your original method of payment. (Delivery costs are not included)
Order tracking:
You can easily track your order using the link that was sent to you by e-mail when your order was confirmed.
